RETAINERS FOR LIFE PLUS- BACKUP
Your partnership gives patients two ways to protect their smiles:
1. The Smile Protection Plan (Membership)
2. Pay As You Go
The Smile Protection Plan:
After enrolling (one-time fee per arch), patients gain access to wholesale-priced retainers that can be conveniently shipped directly to their homes.*
The Smile Protection Plan includes one retainer per enrolled arch. With Backup customization, the practice is required to provide the patient’s End of Treatment retainer. The retainer included with the Retainers For Life Program serves as a backup retainer. Patients may redeem their included retainer at any time by contacting customer service, and it will be shipped directly to their home.
Pay As You Go:
The Pay As You Go option is ideal for patients who prefer not to join the membership. Both clear retainers and Hawley retainers are available as Pay-As-You-Go options. Patients can easily order replacement retainers online. Clear retainers are shipped directly to the patient’s home, while Hawley retainers are shipped to the practice for final adjustment.
