The Smile Protection Plan (Membership) gives patients a way to protect their smiles:

After enrolling (one-time fee per arch), patients gain access to wholesale-priced retainers that can be conveniently shipped directly to their homes.*
The Smile Protection Plan includes one retainer per enrolled arch. With Backup customization, the practice is required to provide the patient’s End of Treatment retainer. The retainer included with the Retainers For Life Program serves as a backup retainer. Patients may redeem their included retainer at any time by contacting customer service, and it will be shipped directly to their home.
