New Patient Messaging:
  • The New Patient (NP) messaging has never been sent out before. This should be done as soon as a consult is scheduled to maximize the opportunity.
  • There are still opportunities within the consult itself, especially with recent pricing adjustments.
  • So far, Sonja has 4 NP enrollments for January, showing potential success with this strategy.
At-Home Enrollment Link:
  • With the confirmed New Patient Consult Pricing, we can start sending the At-Home Enrollment Link to patients who want to sign up from home or discuss options with loved ones.
  • Since pulling New Patient Starts directly from your existing system is not an option, we’ll use this information for the Drip Campaign.
  • It's critical that this message is sent to ensure your patients are informed and able to take action.
